Brian Bogen, is the owner of Cornerstone Building Inspections, and is well know in the Central Florida area for the security he provides his clients. As a former General Contractor, he has worked in the construction field since his college graduation in 1972. He has used this experience to provide unparalled building inspections in Central Florida for the past 25 years. Brian is trusted by realtors and clients alike, and has repeatedly proven that a home inspection need not be an intimidating experience. Even if a problem is found, Brian, because of his extensive construction background, can provide the client with sound advice.

Certified through the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI),

The National Association of Certified Building Inspectors (NACHI),

and he has also earned the highest level of certification possible with the

 National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). 

Brian is also a Certifed Stormwater Erosion and Sedimentation Control Management Inspector with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Brian regularly attends workshops to keep up with the newest technology afforded to home inspectors.
